SHIPPING & DELIVERY (LOCAL / INTERNATIONAL): 

 

All local and International orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. 

 

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders under AU$49.00: AU$10.00 and orders over AU$49.00: Free (Based on standard shipping). Express Shipping is AU$15.75.  *Minimum order value is based on Australian Dollars

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders under AU$49.00: AU$20.00 and orders over AU$49.00: Free (Based on standard shipping). *Minimum order value is based on Australian Dollars

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

AUSTRALIA:

Delivery time frames are 1-7 business days for most metropolitan areas within Australia and up to 10 business days for Australian Regional areas. All Australian orders are dispatched with standard shipping via Sendle.  We give authority to leave parcels, however if this is inconvenient, we suggest sending your item/s to a business address.  

INTERNATIONAL:

For International shipping, please allow up to 4 - 30 days for delivery.  All orders are dispatched with standard shipping via Sendle. We give authority to leave parcels, however if this is inconvenient, we suggest sending your item/s to a business address.  

Delivery zones / time frame:

Zone 1 - New Zealand (4-11 working days)
Zone 2 - Asia Pacific (5-28 working days)
Zone 3 - North America (10-24 working days)
Zone 4 - Western Europe (5-19 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (12-30 working days)

Note: During sale periods we endeavor to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.

Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment, regional and International deliveries may take an additional 3-4 business days.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
