4. Pricing & Payments

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect an order already accepted by us, except where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

We may contact you if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an error is identified.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund of any payment received for items we cannot supply.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, incorrect payment information or genuine stock unavailability, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations.

Australian shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders over AU$49.

Australian orders below the qualifying amount and express shipping orders are subject to the applicable shipping charges displayed at checkout.

International shipping

International orders do not qualify for the Australian free-shipping offer.

International shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout, where available.

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates and additional conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer laws.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period for eligible items, subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

For eligible Australian orders with an original merchandise subtotal of AU$100 or more, excluding shipping and after discounts, we provide one complimentary standard return shipment per order using our approved prepaid return label.

For Australian orders below AU$100 and international change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

All change-of-mind returns must meet our eligibility conditions, including original-condition and swimwear hygiene requirements.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

We aim to assess returned items and notify customers within five business days of receiving them.

These conditions do not restrict your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

For a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement.

For a failure that is not major, we may be entitled to remedy the issue within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Applicable consumer protection rights in other jurisdictions also remain unaffected.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum spend thresholds and expiry dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
